1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Customers can apply for return or refund within 30 days after receiving the goods. The products must be kept in original condition, unused, unwashed, intact packaging, with no scratches, dirt or damage, and complete accessories.

2. Free Return & Refund Situation

We provide free return and refund services for product quality problems, shipping damage, wrong style, wrong size and missing accessories caused by our side.

3. Customer Self-Return Situation

If you return the goods due to personal reasons such as inappropriate style, dislike or wrong purchase, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. We will refund the product amount after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

4. Non-Returnable Situation

Products worn for a long time, artificially damaged, missing packaging and accessories, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and confirm the returned products, we will process the refund within 3-7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The specific arrival time depends on the payment platform rules.
